Filtration simulation run with:

Four-layer laminate - FiberGeo

Four layers of carbon fibers in a (transparent) Epoxy matrix.
Layers at 0, 45, -45 and 90 degrees in the XY-plane.
Created through the command:
- Predefined > LamiGeo in FiberGeo.

PA66 GF25 - FiberGeo

Glass fibers (25% weight) in a (transparent) PA66 matrix.
Fiber length is 300 microns (short glass fibers).
The structure models a material produced by injection molding.
Created through the command:
- Predefined > Glass-Fiber-Reinforced-Plastic in FiberGeo.

Catalyst layer from a PEM fuel cell - GrainGeo

Catalyst layer from a Proton-Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cell.
Created through the command:
- Predefined > Catalyst Layer in GrainGeo.

Gas diffusion layer (GDL) from a PEM fuel cell - FiberGeo

Gas diffusion layer (GDL) from a Proton-exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell.
Created through the command
- Predefined > Gas-Diffusion-Layer in FiberGeo.

Cathode of a Li-ion battery - GrainGeo

Cathode material of a Li-ion battery.
Created through the command:
- Predefined > ElectrodeGeo in GrainGeo.

Copper reinforced with diamond - GrainGeo, GadGeo, ProcessGeo

Laminate reinforced with short fibers - FiberGeo, GadGeo, ProcessGeo

Tungsten reinforced with tungsten wires - GridGeo, FiberGeo, ProcessGeo, LayerGeo

Biometric dental prosthesis from the plaster mould - GrainGeo, ProcessGeo, LayerGeo

Biometric dental prosthesis from the plaster mould. Aluminium oxide platelets are gradually put into a plaster mould and are pulled in one direction by a magnet. The magnet changes position at regular intervals, so that the already dried platelets retain their orientation. The rest are pulled in a different direction. This structure is modelled after the layers of natural tooth or mussel shells.
