GeoDict Innovation Conference 2024
The GeoDict Innovation Conference 2024 took place this year as a hybrid event - both on-site in Ramstein-Miesenbach and via livestream. Over the course of two days, we experienced a fascinating exploration of digital material research and development from various perspectives. This topic gained fresh momentum through numerous innovative presentations and intensive professional exchanges.
We had the pleasure of welcoming over 300 participants from around the world, both in person and online, and sharing our passion for digitalization in material research and development with them. The innovations in the newly released GeoDict 2024 were presented during the plenary sessions, and also GeoDict users provided insights into simulations in their diverse application areas.
Additionally, Math2Market application experts illustrated potential practical cases using GeoDict simulation workflows during the breakout sessions for the topics of Digital Rock Physics, Digital Materials R&D, Filtration, Batteries and Fuel Cells.
We would like to express our thanks to all contributing clients and partners for their insightful presentations and all participants for their lively interest and questions during the talks.
In the GeoDict 2024 release, we have implemented extensive enhancements and innovations. The Math2Market team is now looking forward to realize the many constructive suggestions and ideas together with and for GeoDict users and to continuously develop GeoDict further with a focus on current topics and an outlook on future themes.
GeoDict User Meeting turns into GeoDict Innovation Conference.
With a new format, the GeoDict Innovation Conference will replace the well-established annual GeoDict User Meeting.
The name change reflects the revised concept and expanded goals of the event. What started as a gathering of GeoDict users in 2012 has evolved over the years, with the information needs of the participants, into a significant event for professionals in material research and development worldwide.
What to expect from the new format?
GeoDict Innovation represents forward-looking technologies and advancements that are either already present in GeoDict or will be implemented in the new release. Join us in looking forward to exciting contributions from GeoDict experts in Math2Market and GeoDict users from industry and research.
Conference stands for the gathering of international engineers, decision-makers, and scientists to exchange information, discuss ideas, address questions, and network with each other within the context of material research and development.
After 3 years of online meetings, the GeoDict Innovation Conference will take place in person at the modern event facilities of the Congress Center Ramstein. Additionally, the presentations will be live-streamed to make them accessible to all participants who cannot attend in person.
The GeoDict Innovation Conference is an annual gathering for our customers and partners, who wish to stay informed about what the latest developments in GeoDict can bring to their simulation workflows. It also provides an opportunity for personal interaction with international GeoDict experts and users to discuss application-specific experiences and solutions. The conference also caters to professionals in the field of material research and development who want to explore the possibilities of GeoDict as an innovative scientific software and receive non-binding information.

Plenum
The Plenum sessions primarily introduce the innovations in GeoDict and address cross-industry topics and solutions in material research and development. Contributions from GeoDict users provide valuable insights into how GeoDict is already being used in various application areas, allowing participants to gain an interesting "outside-the-box" perspective.

Breakout-Sessions
