Automating the Handling of Multiple Datasets Learn how to automatically run the same simulation on a batch of structures lying in the same folder using GeoPy. Exporting GeoDict Models to CAD Formats with CADlook This tutorial deals with how to install and use CADLook and how a structure is exported from GeoDict to the .x_t, .igs, .stp, and .sat formats with the help of CADlook. A case study is also provided to show how to import and mesh in Ansys a GeoDict structure exported with the help of CADlook. Modeling and Simulation of Packed Bed Reactors The tutorial illustrates the modeling of a packed bed reactor; first using a simple geometric shape for the catalyst and later, with a user-defined object. After this, a simulation of water flow through the reactor is carried out and visualized. Moreover, we show how to create a user-defined GAD object, a cylinder with 4 holes, and how to use it for the modeling and simulation as shown before.
