Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie nehmen die Aufgaben des Compliance Officer und Datenschutzbeauftragten wahr.
- Ihnen obliegen die Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen des deutschen und internationalen Wirtschafts- und Vertragsrechts.
- Interne Schulungen zu Compliance und Datenschutz
- Pflegen von internen Richtlinien
- Koordinieren des Managementsystems in Anlehnung an ISO und verwalten des DSMS
- Ansprechpartner für Kundenaudits
- Konformität von Open Source Lizenzen sicherstellen
- Beratung bei IP/Patentrechtlichen Fragen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B: Diplom- oder Magisterstudium oder Masterstudium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule in einem juristischen Studiengang, ggf. auch Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-)Recht oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung erwünscht, wir freuen uns auch über motivierte Berufseinsteiger mit passender Praktikumserfahrung
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Datenschutz, IT- oder Vertragsrecht, bestenfalls in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe juristische Sachverhalte präzise und verständlich darzustellen
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Ihre Stärken: Verhandlungsgeschick, starke Analysefähigkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
