Deine Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit im Recruiting (Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerberkorrespondenz, Terminorganisation).
- Unterstützung bei Onboarding und Offboarding.
- Vorbereitung von HR-Dokumenten (Verträge, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnisse).
- Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten (z.B. Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement).
- Datenpflege und Dokumentenmanagement.
- Strukturierte Erfassung und digitale Ablage von Eingangsrechnungen.
- Monatliche Zusammenstellung und Aufbereitung von Belegen für die Buchhaltung.
- Unterstützung im Office- und Reise-Management.
- Organisation und Vor- und Nachbereitung interner Meetings oder Veranstaltungen.
Dein Profil
- Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) der BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
- Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit sensiblen Daten ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office gehört für Dich zum Arbeitsalltag.
- Dich zeichnet eine sehr sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus.
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke gehören zu Deinen Stärken.
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein sorgfältiger Umgang mit Prozessen und Dokumentation runden Dein Profil ab.
