Participation in the GeoDict User Meeting and to the GeoDict Workshops is free of cost but requires registration.

In order to give an insight into the GeoDict User Meeting, Math2Market GmbH publishes an overview of the participating organizations (logos) and, if applicable, pictures of the event on its own website and via social networks. The consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

1. Data protection declaration

2. Consent
By registering for the event, the registrant agrees to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of conducting the event.

3. Responsible authority and purpose of data processing
Math2Market GmbH as responsible authority, will collect, save and process the personal data from the registration (salutation, first name, last name, company name, e-mail address) solely for the following purposes:

• Sending the registration code (email address)
• Generating the participants list (first name, last name, company)
• Sending information in connection with the GeoDict User Meeting  about program and/or organizational updates (first name, last name, email address)

4. Receiver of the data
A transfer of data to third parties outside the company, with except of the processers named in the data protection declaration, as well as the use of the data for advertising purposes, shall not take place.

5. Duration of data storing
The data are processed as long as it is necessary for event planning, event execution or due to legal regulations. Should the registrant desire the erasure of his data, these will be deleted immediately, as long as there are no legal storage requirements. The data will be depersonalized and anonymized after the event. All personal data will be deleted after the event.

6. Rights of the applicant
The registrant a) is entitled to obtain information of the responsible authority about whether concerned personal data are processed; if this is the case, then the registrant has the right of information about these personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), b) has the right of rectification in case of personal data wrongly gathered (Art. 16 GDPR), c) has a right to erasure of the personal data (Art. 17 GDPR), to limitation of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), of appeal to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) and to data portability (Art 20 GDPR).
