This year's B@TS Status Seminar took place in Cologne on April 7 and 8, 2025, with the aim of facilitating innovation and providing new impetus through expertise in science and industry. ...

More than 100 participants on site and over 200 guests joining digitally took the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions on current developments, trends, and research results in battery research. At the same time, the event sent a strong and visible signal highlighting the high relevance of battery research in Germany, particularly in the context of the energy transition, sustainable energy storage solutions, and innovative battery technologies.

The DELFIN project was also represented with its own contribution and had the opportunity to present its current work and research results to a broad professional audience from academia, industry, and applied research within the framework of the B@TS initiative (Battery Technologies and Systems). The intensive technical discussions, the wide range of presentations, and the numerous project showcases provided valuable technical impulses, fostered scientific exchange, and opened up new opportunities for networking and collaboration within the battery research community.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Project Management Jülich (PTJ) for the excellent organization and execution of the event, and we look forward to continued professional exchange, future collaborations, and ongoing cooperation within the B@TS community and the German battery research landscape.
